In Watkins Glen you may want to take a boat ride on the lake, or you could opt to take a tour of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail (you can even hire a driver! )

Relatively closeby (about 40 minutes away) is also the Corning Museum of Glass, filled with beautiful glass creations and offering very cool glass blowing demonstrations, and opportunities to make your own glass.

Ithaca, New York is only about 45 minutes from Glenora and filled with great food and culture, including the famous Moosewood Restaurant, bookstores, and clothing shops.
